Depending on your choice of Shipping Method most orders will ship 1-3 days from the day you order. orders placed  Wednesday after 3pm EST may not ship until the following Monday depending on chosen shipping method.

• USPS Shopify Mail - Monday-Wednesday if placed by 3pm EST. 
• USPS SHIPPING IS NOT GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE ON THE ESTIMATED DATE.
• UPS is also an option at check out.  
• We recommend that your order be held at the post office for you to pick up during temperatures below 50F or above 80F.

 We DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON Live insects.
